Junior Software Engineer in Remote

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the software development lifecycle and work as an integrated team member to develop new features.
  • Design, develop, install, document, and support high-quality software solutions.
  • Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Provide support and consulting on software systems usage.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, coding standards, technical designs, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience working on single-page web applications and developing backend APIs.
  • Experience with relational database storage and retrieval.
  • Familiarity with software engineering tools, development methodology, and release processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or an equivalent large language model tool is required.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
