Responsibilities

Lead design sessions that decompose business problems into complex systems and interfaces.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend and backend applications and services.
Build AI systems and functionality using Python and SQL.
Develop client-side and server-side application components and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
Plan product releases and help drive product direction from business requirements through launch.
Collaborate with developers, sponsors, executives, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of Python experience or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of frontend development experience.
Proficiency in database schema design, distributed systems, and cloud-based computing.
Preferred experience delivering product solutions from idea through deployment and familiarity with web services and API frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
Strong analytical, communication, organization, leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.

Salary: $138k - $172k/yr
