Responsibilities

Develop trading and asset technology to improve user trading experiences and support business growth.
Own the full lifecycle of core features, including design, development, testing, deployment, production analysis, iteration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Apply Java architecture, performance optimization, and high-availability principles to critical system paths.
Plan and build unified frameworks, platforms, and components for current and future systems.
Apply emerging technologies and methodologies to solve business-driven technical challenges.

Requirements

5+ years of development and design experience.
Strong Java fundamentals, including IO, multithreading, collections, core frameworks, JVM internals, and object-oriented design.
Familiarity with Spring, Spring MVC, and MyBatis and their core concepts and implementation principles.
Extensive hands-on experience with at least one mainstream relational or non-relational database.
Experience designing and implementing distributed systems involving distributed computing, caching, messaging, search, and recommendation mechanisms.
Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is preferred.
