Responsibilities

  • Design multi-tenant architecture and reusable data models that protect customer data and support reliable queries.
  • Build data cleaning, reconciliation, and analytical calculations for spend analysis, supplier comparisons, and simulations.
  • Connect enterprise systems such as ERPs and create repeatable synchronization and integration patterns.
  • Own data ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery, including tools for onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate hands-on with product, engineering, and customer IT teams on schemas, APIs, permissions, and synchronization.
  • Explore AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building and operating production data systems, including architecture and implementation ownership.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in data modeling and query optimization.
  • Practical experience designing multi-tenant systems with data isolation and access controls.
  • Experience owning ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, recovery, and enterprise-system integrations.
  • Ability to discuss schemas, APIs, permissions, and synchronization directly with customer IT teams.
  • Data-intensive B2B SaaS or fintech experience is useful but not required; procurement experience is not required.
