Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
Define and execute strategic DevOps maturity and developer-experience goals.
Lead automation for deployment, scalability, cost optimization, and system reliability.
Design and enforce zero-downtime maintenance strategies across multi-cloud environments.
Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for infrastructure security and compliance best practices.
Optimize monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Troubleshoot reliability issues across the network, Kubernetes, and operating-system layers.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Product, Development, Security, and Operations teams.
Evaluate and integrate tools and contribute to DevOps best practices, technical strategies, and knowledge sharing.
Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices and zero-trust architecture.
Ability to diagnose and resolve full-stack infrastructure issues.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement DevOps best practices.
Preferred: experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
Preferred: knowledge of FinOps strategies for cloud cost management.
Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven operations and observability tools.
