Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
Build reusable UI components, component libraries, design systems, and maintainable frontend architecture.
Define frontend coding standards, folder structures, state-management strategies, and reusable component practices.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, including authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, pagination, caching, and API versioning.
Collaborate with backend teams on Node.js services, API contracts, troubleshooting, and frontend-backend integration.
Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, support static analysis and automated coverage, and resolve production defects.
Support CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, environment troubleshooting, and production readiness.
Mentor team members and provide technical direction on frontend engineering, code quality, reusable components, and design consistency.

Requirements

5–8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building enterprise-level, responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
Experience consuming APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services, plus working knowledge of Node.js and backend API concepts.
Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
Understanding of secure coding, performance optimization, accessibility, browser compatibility, Git-based source control, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred experience with Express.js or NestJS, design systems, UI component libraries, micro-frontend architecture, cloud platforms, event-driven systems, microservices, distributed applications, or regulated industries.
Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance and provide technical direction to team members.
