Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of high-impact mobile app features and enhancements for the Plynk investing application.
  • Design and build scalable, resilient API capabilities supporting core customer experiences.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and production-ready mobile and web interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
  • Translate customer needs into secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions with product, architecture, and engineering partners.
  • Mentor engineers and promote code quality, automation, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support test automation, release readiness, delivery quality, and production health across frequent application changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and delivery of front-end applications and platforms.
  • Strong front-end engineering experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, ngRx, and signal-based stores.
  • Experience developing responsive web and mobile applications, with exposure to iOS and Android delivery through Ionic, Capacitor, or Cordova.
  • Ability to integrate applications with APIs and RESTful services and contribute to secure, cloud-aware software delivery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, automated quality checks, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar or equivalent code-quality platforms, and Playwright or comparable test automation frameworks.
  • Clear technical communication, effective cross-team collaboration, initiative, and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services and brokerage operations technology systems is preferred.
