Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IAM services and lifecycle capabilities.
  • Document IAM runbooks, playbooks, administration tasks, and audit evidence.
  • Integrate applications with the IAM platform and collaborate with application, IT, infrastructure, and support teams on runtime issues.
  • Delegate IAM tasks to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams and provide primary Level 3 production support.
  • Automate operational workflows, rule tuning, and reporting through scripting and API-based integrations.
  • Perform production change management in accordance with company policies.
  • Customize IAM workflows, rules, connectors, and plugins, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
  • Support architecture reviews, technology evaluations, security-policy adherence, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as an IAM technical leader and subject matter expert, mentor team members, and promote security automation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development and deployment.
  • Strong Java expertise and experience customizing SailPoint solutions with Java.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Git, AuthZ and AuthN integration, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience onboarding connector types and working with Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, delimited connectors, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience writing custom workflows and rules and implementing custom connectors and plugins.
  • IAM experience with CyberArk, Ping, Okta, or RSA SecurID is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, ownership, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on technical execution and work effectively with customers and support teams.
