Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact and help teams succeed in software delivery.
  • Lead and coach development teams while continuing to code alongside developers.
  • Oversee or participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through production evolution.
  • Design mobile solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
  • Build seamless, human-centered mobile experiences for users.
  • Champion clean, reusable code, mobile architecture patterns, test-driven development, design, and pair programming.
  • Apply continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices to improve software delivery and shift security left.
  • Bridge product and technology by translating business needs into software requirements and executing a technical vision.
  • Mentor less experienced peers and advocate for technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience using two or more mobile development languages, such as Swift, Kotlin, Dart, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with mobile SDKs and UI frameworks such as Swift UI, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter.
  • Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches.
  • Knowledge of mobile software concerns including platform limitations, constrained execution environments, disconnected operation, release cycles, accessibility, and privacy.
  • Ability to influence others, collaborate with clients, develop technical vision, and focus on business value.
  • Ability to mentor peers, navigate ambiguity, and remain open to change while advocating for technical excellence.
  • Working knowledge of mobile DevOps and pipeline tools such as fastlane and Gradle is preferred.
