Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, maintain, and support front-end and full-stack applications for Fidelity’s marketing technology programs.
Own complete features from concept through deployment while contributing to design, development, reuse, performance, and maintainability.
Coordinate user requirements, schedules, activities, technical designs, team meetings, and development work.
Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments.
Support QA, product release, deployment, installation, and post-installation activities.
Research new technologies, update professional knowledge, and participate in training and educational opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in an iterative development environment.

Requirements

At least 5 years of IT experience.
Graduate-level education is required; relevant certification is a plus.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
Experience with state management, UI component development, CSS frameworks, REST API integration, version control, CI/CD, build tools, automated testing, cloud environments, and web performance optimization.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture, component-driven development, design systems, Progressive Web Applications, Web Components, security best practices, and modern web standards.
Experience participating in requirements discussions, technical design reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum development.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
