Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of the development team and support developers with daily technical challenges.
Participate in architecture decisions, solution design, code reviews, and the promotion of engineering best practices.
Ensure the quality, maintainability, performance, and security of software developments.
Estimate technical work, maintain the technical backlog with Product Owners, and identify and escalate technical risks.
Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents and occasionally develop highly complex features or components.
Mentor developers, support their skills development, and contribute to cross-functional and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot and good knowledge of React.
Previous experience as a Lead Tech, Tech Lead, or technical reference with a genuine team-support and mentoring dimension.
Ability to challenge solutions, perform code reviews, address complex technical issues, and support developer progression.
Strong communication, knowledge-sharing, escalation, and collaboration skills.
