Machine Learning Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and iterate on machine learning models for candidate-to-role matching and personalization.
  • Translate product goals into scalable machine learning solutions with the founding team.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Monitor production model performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Research and experiment with AI techniques relevant to talent matching and natural language understanding.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or a closely related role.
  • Strong fundamentals in computer science, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Proficiency with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing techniques.
  • Experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation through model monitoring.
  • Experience at a high-performing technology company or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Comfort with ownership, ambiguity, and fast-paced small-team work.
