Responsibilities

Develop and iterate on machine learning models and features for lifecycle optimization, notifications, and monetization.
Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to improve product features and user experience.
Work on embedding-based retrieval, Graph Neural Networks, multi-stage ranking systems, experimentation, and production deployment.
Contribute to responsible AI practices involving explainability, fairness, and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related area.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Experience deploying and evaluating agentic workflows.
Understanding of classification, regression, ranking, and model evaluation.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s or advanced degree, exposure to recommendations, personalization, NLP, deep learning, LLMs, or explainable AI, and familiarity with experiment tracking, model monitoring, feature pipelines, or cloud platforms.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
