Machine Learning Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production machine learning models used in decision-making systems.
  • Build or adopt technologies for training and serving machine learning models, including support for large models and improved developer velocity.
  • Monitor current machine learning research and evaluate applicable ideas.
  • Build and scale efficient machine learning pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
  • Track model performance, detect drift, and automate retraining.
  • Explain statistical and machine learning concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through testing, explainable systems, and code review.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of industry experience applying machine learning, including neural networks, to large-scale problems.
  • Experience with recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience with deep neural networks in production at scale.
  • Strong engineering and coding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver projects on time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Machine Learning, Math, Physics, or a similar field.
  • PhD and AdTech experience are preferred.
