Machine Learning Engineer in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy advanced machine learning models for real-world monetization problems.
  • Translate OpenAI research breakthroughs into production AI-driven applications.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continued value.
  • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and maintain high-quality engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with deep learning and transformer models.
  • Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with training and fine-tuning large language models, including distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization.
  • Experience with search relevance, ads ranking, or LLMs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, ownership, and adaptability skills.

Salary: $381k - $555k/yr
