Machine Learning Engineer, Enterprise Brain in USA new

Responsibilities

  • Solve challenging machine learning problems involving user understanding and task prediction.
  • Invent LLM workflows and signals that improve reasoning, planning, and personalization.
  • Design and optimize reinforcement learning and fine-tuning approaches for agentic systems.
  • Lead scalable evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization loops.
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines for enterprise and knowledge graph construction.
  • Measure, monitor, and improve data quality, model quality, and end-to-end system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready ML solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute in a high-velocity engineering environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
  • BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models and systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality.
  • Proficiency in an ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous customer and machine learning problems and turn them into production-ready priorities.
  • Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, and production readiness.
