Responsibilities

  • Design and build automated marketing workflows with no-code and low-code platforms.
  • Integrate marketing platforms, AI content tools, and third-party services through authenticated APIs and webhooks.
  • Configure AI models, generative AI platforms, prompts, and agent behavior within repeatable workflows.
  • Call LLM APIs, process model responses, and route outputs to connected systems.
  • Gather requirements from marketing teams and translate them into reusable workflow specifications.
  • Own workflow reliability and maintainability and document automation logic for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new tools and integration patterns and recommend additions to the marketing technology stack.
  • Collaborate with operations, regional marketing, content, and demand generation teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology engineering, or a closely adjacent technical integrations and automation role.
  • Hands-on production experience building multi-step workflows with platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Practical experience constructing authenticated API requests, reading API documentation, handling errors, and transferring data between systems.
  • Experience integrating marketing platforms such as Workfront, Marketo, or Google Workspace with external services.
  • Experience using an AI model or generative AI platform in workflow or integration contexts, including system-level prompts and structured outputs.
  • Experience calling LLM APIs, constructing prompts programmatically, handling responses, and routing outputs through workflows.
  • Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and convert them into buildable workflow specifications.
  • Strong written documentation skills for explaining complex automation logic.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Preferred experience with Workfront, Zapier, Marketo, Adobe Fusion, or Google Suite.
  • Bonus experience with Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python.
