Responsibilities

Build and present AI technology demonstrations and proofs of concept for customers.
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs.
Add features to the internal ML platform and resolve platform bugs.
Integrate and enable new machine learning models on the platform or in customer environments.
Improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications.
Work directly with customers through engagements, proofs of concept, and deployments.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, completed within the last 12 months or expected before the start date.
Strong skills working with AI coding harnesses.
Practical software engineering experience through internships, research projects, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs or other machine learning models through coursework, projects, or internships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and interest in direct customer interaction.
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
Preferred: experience fine-tuning models using supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, or RFT.
Preferred: experience shipping a full-stack or agentic application end to end.
Preferred: understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and cloud or enterprise infrastructure.
Preferred: familiarity with inference serving, evaluation, or RAG systems.

Salary: $160k - $180k/yr
