Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship native iOS app features end to end.
  • Establish the architecture, tooling, and engineering standards for the iOS codebase.
  • Build fast, reliable mobile interfaces for real-time data, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with backend engineers to design APIs for mobile use cases.
  • Translate product requirements into polished native experiences with the design team.
  • Own app performance, stability, crash rates, load times, and release quality.
  • Implement push notifications, background refresh, and other native platform capabilities.
  • Maintain automated testing and App Store release pipelines.
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable Swift code.
  • Collaborate with product and customers to identify valuable mobile experiences.
  • Adopt relevant new Apple platform APIs.
  • Mentor future iOS hires as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of professional experience building and shipping native iOS applications.
  • Strong proficiency with Swift and SwiftUI and solid knowledge of UIKit.
  • Experience with iOS architecture patterns, state management, and navigation.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous networking.
  • Experience shipping apps through the App Store, including review, TestFlight, and release processes.
  • Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and strong product craft.
  • Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools such as Instruments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Genuine excitement about AI and its impact on marketing teams.

Benefits

  • On-site work in the New York City or San Francisco office.
  • Visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates.
  • Base salary range of $160,000 to $230,000, plus equity and a range of benefits and perks.

Salary: $160k - $230k/yr
