Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy resilient, resumable, and debuggable microservices and Temporal workflows for continuous integration.
  • Extend scheduling logic and placement algorithms across bare-metal hardware and virtual-machine fleets.
  • Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using failure logs, vector stores, test metadata, and LLM APIs.
  • Establish platform metrics such as time-to-signal and pass/flake rates, and operate services end to end.
  • Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams on developer experience improvements, self-service tools, and integration paths.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with typed systems languages such as Go or Rust for backend platform services.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and AI logic integration.
  • Practical mastery of distributed-systems fundamentals including concurrency, retries, and idempotency.
  • Strong Linux/Unix debugging skills across network, storage, and application layers.
  • Experience building agentic workflows, designing prompts, and integrating LLM APIs with vector databases and RAG systems.
  • Hands-on experience containerizing services and managing workloads with Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency querying data with SQL or analytics engines.
