Responsibilities

Own implementation end to end across frontend, backend, AWS infrastructure, and the software–AI boundary.
Design and operate scalable, reliable systems that process high volumes of video data.
Integrate foundational and open-weight models, including LLMs, VLMs, and vision AI, into production pipelines.
Build cloud-native, event-driven services on AWS using messaging and streaming systems such as Kinesis and SQS.
Ship iteratively using AI coding assistants and agentic tooling in the development workflow.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
Preferred experience building and scaling systems at startups or technology product companies.
Preferred applied AI experience with vector embeddings, LLMs, VLMs, vision AI, and MLOps.
Preferred experience processing large-scale media or other high-volume data pipelines.
Experience with relational, NoSQL, graph, and vector databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
Fluency with AI-native software development workflows, including AI coding assistants and agentic tooling.
