Responsibilities

Architect and execute PCBA/L6 through system-level/L10 functional testing strategies across all NPI stages.
Design, build, and deploy manufacturing test software and automation frameworks for hardware test stations and production racks.
Lead root-cause debugging of complex hardware failures and develop database systems for manufacturing telemetry.
Create test requirements, validation reports, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides for global contract manufacturing teams.
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Test Infrastructure teams to improve coverage, yield, reliability, and production efficiency.

Requirements

Deep expertise in PCBA/L6 and system-level/L10 manufacturing test processes and functional test development.
Advanced software engineering capabilities in Python or equivalent languages, including automated test scripts and backend database systems.
Experience with enterprise server or storage architectures.
A proven record of rapid prototyping, converting ambiguous requirements into production-grade applications, and performing hardware root-cause analysis with lab instrumentation.
Strong cross-functional leadership and technical documentation skills.
