We are looking for a Middle Data Engineer to join our growing Data team and help build scalable, cloud-based data solutions using AWS.

About the Role

As a Middle Data Engineer, you will develop and maintain AWS data pipelines, support our data platform, and collaborate with Senior Data Engineers and the Data Lead to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and RDS.
• Knowledge of Kinesis, Apache Airflow, and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or CDK).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Developer Associate certification is a plus.
• Must be currently located in Colombia.
