Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and productize scalable machine learning solutions with LLMs and real-world data.
Build or contribute to agentic systems involving tool use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordination.
Rapidly prototype cutting-edge tools and research ideas and turn prototypes into production-ready services.
Apply statistics, machine learning, and analytical reasoning to understand data and improve product or business outcomes.
Work closely with clients and teammates in a collaborative consulting environment.

Requirements

Expertise in LLM engineering and familiarity with popular LLM providers and their best practices.
Hands-on experience with statistics and machine learning.
Experience with the Python ML stack, including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and PyTorch.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, SQL, Bash, and FastAPI.
Ability to demonstrate LLM projects and explain ownership and contributions.
Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking about data, business acumen, and ability to turn prototypes into production-ready services.
Bachelor's degree or higher, such as an MS or PhD, in Computer Science or a related engineering field involving coding.
Familiarity with AWS or Azure, GitHub Actions, Spark, Neo4j Cypher, and graph databases is a bonus.
Experience with agentic systems is a strong plus.
