Responsibilities

Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level while owning delivery and application health.
Own technical custodianship, governance activities, and incident root-cause analysis for technical assets.
Identify opportunities for reuse and automation and reduce repetitive manual work.
Apply testing, debugging, performance, regression-testing, quality-assurance, and DevOps approaches.
Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge as a subject matter expert, and contribute to technical communities.
Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to prioritization and continuous improvement, and provide hardware, software, and network support as needed.
Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.

Requirements

Deep understanding of system design and subject-matter expertise in key technologies and domains.
Ability to develop software independently and apply build, release, testing, debugging, quality-assurance, and DevOps practices.
Ability to lead technical development and take responsibility for technical delivery, application ownership, governance, and application health.
Ability to mentor junior engineers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to technical communities.
Commitment to maintaining current technical and agile skills and identifying opportunities for innovation.
