Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of high-performance, resilient scale-out file and object storage systems.
  • Design algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for AI infrastructure, data pipelines, distributed computing, and enterprise analytics.
  • Resolve complex multithreaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
  • Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and collaborate with Product Management, System Validation, and Customer Support.
  • Mentor engineering peers, lead architecture forums, and promote technical excellence and product stability.

Requirements

  • Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
  • Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multithreading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience making strategic architectural decisions, designing for high availability, and supporting complex production deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience articulating system architectures, presenting design proposals, and influencing technical stakeholders.
