Operations Engineer | Early Careers in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features for internal employee-used web platforms.
  • Build, refine, maintain, and monitor data acquisition and processing pipelines.
  • Automate the acquisition and extraction of financial data from many sources.
  • Apply traditional data processing methods and generative AI to acquire and structure data.
  • Review automation outputs for quality and correctness, and improve data quality and processing efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution and maintenance of scripts and internal tooling supporting core business functions.
  • Assist with debugging, investigation, and troubleshooting of errors.

Requirements

  • Must be a current college senior graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or another mainstream programming language.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and solve difficult ambiguous problems.
  • Interest in writing accurate code to process and understand data.
  • Interest in alternative investments and/or financial services.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Web development experience with HTML, CSS, and React is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s is a bonus.
  • Finance or accounting coursework is a bonus.
