Responsibilities

Build and manage Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications.
Design semantic and context layers using Palantir Ontology Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, Interfaces, and Property Sets.
Build, test, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist.
Take agentic AI use cases from prototype to production and integrate AI with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
Own technical delivery by translating business requirements into implementation plans and guiding solutions through production deployment.
Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders, explain design trade-offs and risks, review code, coach engineers, and resolve technical blockers.
Support reusable agent skills, tools, and components across multiple use cases and optimize model selection and cost where applicable.

Requirements

Hands-on Palantir Foundry and/or AIP experience on real client or production projects.
Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
Solid data engineering experience across structured and unstructured data.
Experience integrating AI with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
Strong English communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work with fast delivery cycles, changing requirements, and EST business hours.
Experience developing agentic or GenAI applications is strongly preferred.
Experience with production deployment inside Palantir, semantic layers, ontologies, knowledge graphs, cloud platforms, Databricks, GitHub-based delivery, or LLM providers is beneficial.
