Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Analyze system behavior under peak load, concurrent usage, and endurance conditions.
  • Create performance test scripts, scenarios, workload models, and execution plans for web, API, and backend applications.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks using response time, throughput, CPU, memory, database utilization, logs, system metrics, and APM dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to tune application performance.
  • Conduct performance baseline tests and generate detailed performance reports.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of IT experience, including performance testing with LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in test scripting, scenario creation, and workload modeling.
  • Understanding of load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
  • Experience analyzing logs, system metrics, and APM dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, web technologies, databases, and system architecture.
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, and automation-friendly ecosystems.
