Responsibilities

  • Research, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support software applications.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and support RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design for application modules and databases.
  • Ensure software modules comply with architecture standards, coding standards, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings, requirements gathering, solution reviews, and technical workshops.
  • Support project delivery and system integration.
  • Report to the Head of Software Development.

Requirements

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design, and application support.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
  • Backend development experience using PHP and MySQL.
  • Knowledge or experience with C# and .NET technologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, securing, documenting, testing, and supporting APIs using XML and JSON.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and securing solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with CodeIgniter and MVC architecture.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, software development life cycle, software design concepts, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, and GitHub.
