Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud solutions across hybrid-cloud environments.
Improve cloud governance, security, operating models, and infrastructure efficiency.
Provision, configure, upgrade, and monitor Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, and distributed database technologies.
Automate infrastructure management and development pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab.
Monitor systems, clusters, and cloud deployments for errors and performance issues.
Lead technical initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.
Deep production experience deploying, operating, and scaling Kubernetes, including on-premise clusters and Amazon EKS.
Strong expertise designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure; GCP experience is preferred.
Advanced Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience, including reusable modules, state management, and platform automation.
Experience building and operating highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native platforms.
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational troubleshooting.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
Strong Linux systems administration and distributed-production troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Experience with Amazon RDS, Aurora, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams.
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems.
