Responsibilities

Own the architecture of the dashboard platform and the design system used across the company.
Provide technical depth and de-risk high-impact engineering initiatives.
Make technical decisions across multiple teams and escalate blocking issues effectively.
Act as a technical multiplier by setting direction, mentoring engineers, and supporting engineering culture.
Remain hands-on and lead the hardest technical problems.
Communicate technical strategies and recommendations using metrics and data to senior stakeholders and executives.
Work alongside Global Growth engineering managers and Principal Engineers across the company.

Requirements

Full-stack software engineering background with deep frontend architecture experience and strong hands-on backend expertise.
Track record operating as a senior technical leader across multiple teams.
Experience setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and earning the trust of engineers and senior stakeholders.
Ability to make architectural decisions across an entire domain and balance immediate needs with long-term flexibility.
Proactive leadership, empowered decision-making, systems thinking, and pragmatic judgment.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to collaborate across different parts of the organization.
