Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and optimization of the Identity platform.
Drive strategy for cost-effective product growth and expansion.
Own the technical roadmap for the Kubernetes platform and architect centralized IAM solutions at enterprise scale.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the Common Identity platform.
Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.
Design and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines, global server load balancing, cloud load balancers, and Kubernetes ingress infrastructure.

Requirements

At least 8 years of hands-on experience in application architecture and Java development, including enterprise-grade security or networking products.
Expert knowledge of Enterprise Java, object-oriented programming, object-oriented analysis, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and Spring.
Expert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and massive-scale Kubernetes clusters running in AWS and GCP.
Deep experience designing and optimizing automated secure CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
Expertise with Global Server Load Balancing, cloud load balancers, Kubernetes Ingress Controllers, PKI, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
Preferred experience building identity platforms or hyperscale Kubernetes platforms.
Preferred ability to use AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
