Responsibilities

Own and lead the architecture and technical direction of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations UI layer.
Design secure, compliant, reliable, performant, scalable, and accessible UI architecture across the end-to-end product stack.
Partner with engineering, product management, and design teams to create cohesive technical designs and high-quality user experiences.
Evaluate emerging technologies and prototype UI, MCP Apps, and AI-enabled application experiences.
Lead technical discussions and design reviews, manage dependencies and architectural risks, and drive alignment across teams.
Mentor engineers and establish engineering practices for maintainable, testable, secure, and high-quality software.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing and architecting complex software products, platforms, or UI systems.
Experience leading technical design and architecture across multiple components or engineering teams.
Experience developing production software and applying engineering principles to security, reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Experience architecting large-scale web or application UI platforms used across multiple products or scenarios.
Experience with emerging AI and agent-based application patterns, including tool- or protocol-based interactive experiences.

Benefits

Typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800-$274,800 per year; San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is USD $188,000-$304,200 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.

Salary: $143k - $304k/yr
