Responsibilities

Design and implement critical software services and lead complex refactors.
Own service design, data contracts, API quality, and backward compatibility.
Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
Resolve dependencies across teams and improve software performance and reliability.

Requirements

8–12 years of related experience.
Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
Ability to clearly communicate trade-offs and technical decisions.
Bachelor's degree is desirable.
Scrum/SAFe or PMP certification is desirable for cross-team delivery coordination.
