Responsibilities

Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns for a complex product.
Build interfaces connecting users with AI agents and operational data sources.
Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, handling exceptions, and approving agent outputs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform product improvements.

Requirements

One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.
Strong TypeScript and React skills with proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or large language model products.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
Private-markets or financial-operations experience is valuable.
