Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
  • Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and data sources.
  • Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders.
  • Iterate on product features based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product judgment and UX craft.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
  • Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
  • Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and interfaces.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
  • Comfort working closely with a small founding team.
