Responsibilities

  • Talk with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.
  • Build full-stack features combining user interfaces, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
  • Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of production AI features.
  • Turn early prototypes into robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
  • Contribute to technical vision and product strategy from architecture through delivery and iteration.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with React and experience designing flexible, query-efficient MongoDB schemas.
  • Production experience delivering LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
  • Experience with distributed systems, serverless infrastructure, concurrency, failure handling, observability, metrics, and tracing.
  • Experience with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and structured data.
  • Track record of owning technical projects end to end, shipping customer-facing products, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Experience building complex B2B systems and working in an early-stage or founding environment.
  • Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is a plus.
