Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain frontend experiences, backend services, data flows, and other business-critical platform components.
Lead features from greenfield technical design through production deployment and iteration.
Collaborate with founders, product, and design to translate clinical, user, and business needs into scalable solutions.
Improve system architecture, scalability, developer experience, and operational excellence.
Build and iterate on AI agents, LLM/RAG systems, evaluations, and supporting pipelines to improve product outcomes.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer delivering production-grade software.
Strong full-stack expertise with deep strength in either frontend or backend technical design and implementation.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-based architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
A product and UX mindset with experience building intuitive, polished user experiences.
Familiarity with modern AI technologies and interest in applying LLMs and automation to product and development challenges.
Experience with sensitive data and regulated environments, or strong interest in learning healthcare workflows and constraints.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Based in New York and willing to work in the office approximately three days per week.
