Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations into systemic security risks across Salesforce products and coordinate root-cause remediation.
  • Perform attack surface management, targeted security assessments, architecture and source-code reviews, and security finding triage.
  • Identify recurring security patterns, validate exploitability with proof-of-concepts when needed, and develop scalable mitigation and prevention approaches.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to implement secure coding checks, input validation, access controls, guardrails, and secure-by-default features.
  • Educate developers, update security standards and procedures, and influence engineering roadmaps and architectural improvements.
  • Analyze monitoring and detection signals and incorporate Agentic AI and process automation into risk detection and evaluation.
  • Communicate risk remediation strategies to technical teams, security partners, executives, and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
  • Experience participating in an information security program and improving or proposing improvements to a secure development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of application security, infrastructure and cloud security, secure coding, security architecture, threat modeling, access control, session authentication, and API security.
  • Ability to identify systemic security trends, investigate vulnerabilities, propose comprehensive mitigations, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Understanding of secure Salesforce organization configuration and Agentic AI use for risk detection and evaluation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, writing, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Preferred: experience driving enterprise-ready features, working with architecture and APIs, collaborating with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders, navigating incident response, and engaging executive leadership.
  • Preferred: familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0 and NIST 800-53 and understanding of the global threat landscape.
