Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated functional tests and validate acceptance criteria before releases.
Contribute to test strategy, user-story estimation, regression selection, and continuous testing.
Maintain scalable automation frameworks with reusable components and parameterized data.
Monitor CI/CD pipelines and QA environments, including connections, permissions, firewall, and storage.
Support rapid regeneration of test data and environments, including Docker/Kubernetes-based ephemeral environments.
Apply AI to test prioritization, defect prediction, and automated test-data generation.
Review quality dashboards and metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Coordinate with development, DevOps, and product teams, escalating incidents and ensuring necessary tools, licenses, and access are available.

Requirements

Experience with functional, manual, and automated testing.
Experience with automation frameworks and parameterized test data.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing.
Analytical, proactive, and communicative approach to anticipating and reporting problems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with development, DevOps, and product teams.
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience applying AI to testing is a plus.
Experience in financial-sector projects is a plus.
