Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
  • Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases for web applications.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI pipelines.
  • Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing for new and existing features.
  • Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
  • Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices.
  • Identify gaps and optimize QA processes, automation frameworks, and product quality.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of software testing experience focused on web application automation.
  • Knowledge and experience with C# or Java, API web services, and REST API.
  • Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach with a focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems is a bonus.
  • Experience with Bamboo, Git, SQL, and database validation is a bonus.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated initiative in driving testing and automation improvements from concept to completion.
