Responsibilities

Conduct manual testing for new features, complex edge cases, and user-centric scenarios.
Design, build, and scale an AI Agent-assisted test automation framework for integration and end-to-end testing.
Use AI Agents for test generation, script maintenance, auto-healing, exploratory testing, and failure analysis.
Analyze bugs and errors and provide reproduction steps and root-cause insights to Software Engineers.
Select testing strategies that balance manual testing, automation, regression coverage, and release risk.
Integrate AI-driven QA tooling into CI/CD pipelines and identify quality risks early.
Collaborate with Software Engineers to improve program testability and release quality.
Maintain test documentation, defect records, and QA guidelines.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with software-testing coursework, or at least one year of software-testing experience.
Basic understanding of Agile/DevOps software development practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery.
Ability to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, boundary conditions, and requirements gaps through manual testing.
Familiarity with API testing, backend service verification, and frontend testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
Preferred: experience or strong interest in AI tools or LLM Agents for QA processes.
Preferred: familiarity with Jira or comparable test-management and issue-tracking tools.
Preferred: familiarity with security and penetration-testing concepts.
