QE Platform Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Design and own shared test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services.
  • Build and maintain reliable test execution infrastructure, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling.
  • Develop tooling for test environment provisioning, test data management, and parallelized test execution.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve test coverage and testing maturity.
  • Instrument and monitor test infrastructure health, including pass rates, run times, and flakiness.
  • Create internal documentation and best practices for effective automated testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, QE engineering, or backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus.
  • Deep experience designing and building test automation frameworks and tooling such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, or similar languages, including experience architecting test frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes and AWS and with containerized test environments.
  • Familiarity with API and integration testing and end-to-end testing for web and mobile platforms such as React Native.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, drive, and proactivity.

Salary: $150k - $220k/yr
