Responsibilities

Champion quality during squad ceremonies and ensure defects are understood and prioritized.
Create test plans and implement squad quality practices using data to drive outcomes.
Perform automated, exploratory, manual, UI, API, and mobile testing from start to finish.
Ensure sub-defects are resolved and merge builds run cleanly.
Ensure post-mortems or root-cause analyses are completed for hotfixes.
Invest in ongoing professional development and skill-building.

Requirements

At least 2 years of software testing experience in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
Hands-on experience designing and executing tests across front-end UI and APIs.
Proficiency with languages such as Python or TypeScript and automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
Experience testing iOS or Android applications, including mobile performance, UI nuances, automation, and associated APIs.
Experience or familiarity with Appium, Detox, React Native tooling, GraphQL, and REST.
Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, curiosity, and user focus.
SaaS experience or a STEM background is preferred.
Exposure to AI tools such as LLMs, coding assistants, or test data generators is preferred.
Experience with Scrum and sprint ceremonies is preferred.
