Responsibilities

Execute manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
Design test cases and identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with delivery, development, and cross-functional teams to support reliable releases.
Lead testing process and methodology improvements.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate quality objectives and timelines.
Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
Experience designing and executing manual test cases for software functionality.
Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
15 years of full-time education.
