Responsibilities

  • Configure Adobe Real-Time CDP components including identity namespaces, datasets, schemas, mapping workflows, segments, audience sharing, and activation readiness checks.
  • Implement batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using Adobe sources, connectors, and APIs.
  • Design and validate identity stitching, identity graphs, unified profiles, and profile completeness across multiple identifiers.
  • Map CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data to XDM classes and field groups.
  • Implement data governance, consent enforcement, data minimization, normalization, deduplication, and schema consistency controls.
  • Build and maintain rule-based, event-based, account-based, and streaming RTCDP audiences.
  • Configure and test activation destinations including paid media, email and marketing automation, cloud, and file-based destinations.
  • Validate end-to-end data flows, activation accuracy, latency, downstream audience performance, data lineage, and governance compliance.
  • Collaborate with AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe, client, and enterprise architecture teams on interoperable implementations.
  • Produce technical documentation including data mappings, runbooks, and implementation artifacts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise implementing and configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform schemas, datasets, identities, and sources.
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer audience sharing and orchestration inputs.
  • Experience aligning datasets for Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Familiarity with AEM Assets where metadata-driven segmentation applies.
  • Knowledge of identity stitching, profile unification, XDM schema design, event-to-profile linkage, data governance, privacy, consent enforcement, and batch and streaming ingestion.
  • Integration experience with CRM platforms, advertising platforms, Marketo, ESPs, Workfront, and web or mobile analytics tools.
  • Experience with AEP Query Service and Data Distiller for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
  • Background in enterprise MarTech and CDP ecosystems preferred.
