Responsibilities

Develop and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint and related technologies.
Manage access control systems and verify compliance with authorization management protocols.
Collaborate with clients to understand identity management needs and provide tailored solutions.
Use Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management to enhance security measures.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
Design and maintain identity verification and user access rights management systems.
Integrate federated identity management and identity governance frameworks into client environments.
Provide technical documentation and support for identity and access management projects.
Analyze complex cybersecurity challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Mentor junior team members in identity and access management practices and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–8 years of experience required.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.
Preference for studies in computer and information science, computer applications, computer engineering, information cybersecurity, information technology, or management information systems.
One or more identity governance and access management certifications, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials, preferred.
Proficiency in Cloud Identity and Access Management, Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, and Role Based Access Control preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in cybersecurity contexts preferred.
