Responsibilities

Own the overall Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and development standards.
Design, implement, optimize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for business needs.
Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and development using workflows, flows, automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Manage Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, data management, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Partner with administrators, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and a Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members.

Requirements

At least 7 years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience, including enterprise-scale solution design and implementation.
Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
Experience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership, with strong communication and documentation skills.
Salesforce Architect certifications, Experience Cloud experience, enterprise-platform integration experience, transformation or modernization leadership, consulting or client-facing experience, and experience supporting growing organizations are preferred.
