Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce custom code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Configure Salesforce flows, process automation, advanced formulas, and dynamic layouts before implementing custom code.
  • Build REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware connections, and event-driven architectures.
  • Manage Salesforce data models, SOQL/SOSL optimization, bulk data loading, and data cleanup.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, write comprehensive unit tests targeting at least 85% coverage, and conduct code reviews.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate technical requirements and tradeoffs directly with clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on software development experience focused on Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex design patterns, trigger frameworks, and asynchronous processing.
  • Deep experience with Lightning Web Components and JavaScript ES6+.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration patterns.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security architecture, and enterprise data modeling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and multi-client project coordination skills are preferred.
